M.Com, AFII, ACMA Having more than 45 yrs. experience in financial Institution/Banking Industry in different capacities/Profiles including Project Finance, follow up and recovery, auditing financial management etc. Awarded as Best Officer in RFC. He has been Chairman of Jaipur Chapter of Cost Accountants during 1990.

Shri R.B.Jain – M.Com (ABST), ACMA

He is having experience of 38 years in varied field of Financial Management, Project Appraisal and Merchant Banking etc.

He is associated with this Bank from July 2022 and looking after work of Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance, Secretarial work, Audit & Inspection, in addition to Credit Appraisal, Deposit Mobilization, Fund Management and Investment.

Retired from  Top Executive Position of Bank of Baroda & Director of Board in Jhabua Dhar Kshetriya Gramin Bank.

39 years of  well-rounded banking industry domain experience with expertise in Credit Administration, International Banking,Retail Banking, Operational Banking, Corporate Governance , Risk Based Internal Audit, Risk Based Supervision and  Operational Risk Management.

B.Sc (PCM), CAIIB having more than 40 years’ experience in Banking Industry in different capacities/ profiles including 19 years’ experience in Bank’s Information Technology (IT) area. He was IT Head in Erstwhile Bank of Rajasthan Ltd. and got superannuation from ICICI Bank, IT Group.
